Baby Soleil’s Return and Exchange Policy

Customer Satisfaction

At Baby Soleil the quality of our products is important to us and we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. All orders are carefully inspected prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below. If you have additional questions, please contact us during  business hours at 01522 873 080. The policies and procedures set forth herein are subject to revision from time to time without notice. Accordingly, please review these policies and procedures each time you make a purchase. Thanks for your patronage.
Returns & Exchanges

This policy applies to items you would like to return for a refund and may vary depending on where you purchased our products. You may return / exchange unused items purchased from www.dadgear.eu or www.baby-soleil.com within 30 days of original purchase.  If you have purchased one of our products and would like to exchange that product, contact us for a product return and exchange form by e-mailing info@baby-soliel.com . Please follow the instructions on the form regarding returns.  Any products shipped to Baby Soleil that have been lost or damaged in transit will not be the responsibility of Baby Soleil.  Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. After verifying that the item has been returned in new condition, a refund or credit will be issued for the item for the item's value, including taxes. If the Baby Soleil return's centre, in its sole discretion, determines that the item has been used or that is has been damaged other than original manufacturing defects, the item may be returned to you at your cost and no refund provided.  Please read the return and exchange form carefully to avoid any unnecessary fees.

If you made a purchase from a website other than
www.dadgear.eu or www.baby-soleil.com the return / exchange policy of the retailer from whom you purchased the product will govern your transaction. Please contact that retailer directly for return instructions. Items purchased from a retailer other than our websites may NOT be returned or exchanged directly through the Baby Soleil return center.

Please note - any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return or exchange and returned at your cost.  All vests and jackets returned MUST be clean, lint and hair free. We will not accept any item that has been washed, any such item will be deemed "used" and returned at customer's cost. 


WE CANNOT REFUND ANY PURCHASES OVER 90 DAYS OLD FOR ANY REASON.


Warranty Against Defects

Each product is manufactured according to exacting standards and with high quality materials. We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for a limited time (120 Days). If you have received one of our products that you believe has a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email at info@baby-soleil.com. We use high quality materials in the construction of our products, Baby Soleil cannot warrant against damages caused by normal, excessive or accidental wear and tear. A product containing a manufacturing defect should be returned to the location or website where purchased and Baby Soleil, in its sole discretion, will either repair the product or replace it with the same or comparable model. In cases where Baby Soleil, in its sole discretion, determines the defect complained of is outside the terms of the warranty, it will return the product to you at your cost.

Shipping Policy

We want to be sure that your package arrives in time.  Although we do our best to get shipments out quickly, during busy times it can take us up to 2 business days to get your order packed and sent.  We ship our products from Lincoln, UK via First Class Royal Mail, and MOST packages are received within 24 hours of posting. Shipments can take up to 7 days for some parts of Europe.  Please be aware that we have NO control over shipping times, these are the times that the Royal Mail has provided to us.  They DO NOT guarantee these delivery times.
Baby Soleil is not responsible for goods lost in transit. All parcels are sent by Royal Mail First Class service. If you want to insure that your products are not lost in transit, please e-mail info@baby-soleil.com and request that your items are sent via First Class Signed. If you do not request the service, we are not liable for lost packages.
